All sales are final once an order has been shipped or purchased in-person.
This policy applies to all Noah’s Dove Farm products, including our freeze-dried microgreen powders, pasture-raised Cornish chickens, eggs, and other farm-produced goods.
We take great care to package and prepare every order properly. If your order is damaged, incorrect, or there is a problem with your shipment, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right when appropriate.
To report an issue, please email us with your order number, a brief description of the problem, and photos if the item was damaged during shipping.Thank you for understanding and for supporting our farm.
